Amy Springer, CISR – Operations Manager
Before my role as Operations Manager at Point Insurance Agency, I worked as an account manager where I loved building rapport and fostering friendships with my clients. In 2004 I started my career in insurance, and I am continuously learning something new! Born and raised in the Stevens Point/Plover area, it’s great to connect to the community that I love. I appreciate the opportunity to work with and meet people like you! When I’m not working, I take time out for reading, a walk in the park, craft projects and gardening.
Joe Mayer Jr. – Sales Executive
I’ve been an insurance professional since 2000. My passion comes from helping others—getting acquainted with new customers, assessing what insurance they need, and offering solutions. I believe my strength is presenting customers like you with a balance of value-added protection at affordable rates. I graduated from—and played football for—UW-Stevens Point. My love of sports drives my competitive nature. My wife and I enjoy raising our three children here in central Wisconsin. We love being active in the community we call home.

I grew up in Stevens Point and graduated from Amherst High School. Since I was raised in central Wisconsin, I’m either related to or friends with many people in the community. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two active sons. We like to fish, boat, and camp—or pretty much anything outdoors. I’ve been a licensed agent with Point Insurance Agency since October 2020. In my role, I enjoy the personal relationship I get to build with my customers and their families.

I was born and raised in northern Wisconsin and moved to Stevens Point in 2020. I graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Pont with my BA in Social Work and Sociology in 2022. My passion is helping people, and in my role as an Account Manager, I am thrilled to build connections and relationships with every one of my clients. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, being physically active, and spending time outdoors.

Insurance licensed since 2006, I bring experience and knowledge from a variety of aspects within the insurance industry. I enjoy being able to advise and educate individuals on insurance. I want to help people obtain coverages not just for their property but their family as well. I love calling central Wisconsin home. The feeling of connection and community the area emanates is second to none. I look forward to providing valuable protection choices and being a trusted advisor for my clients and the community.
